Meal planning can feel boring when you’re eating the same thing over and over! Here are 3 tips to make your meal plan more exciting!
1. Make small tweaks to your staple meals to keep things more interesting! For example instead of your regular taco Tuesday, can you do black bean or jackfruit tacos? Maybe roast a new mix of veggies to add into the tacos to give it a different flavor & texture?
2. Buy produce that is local and in season! You’ll add more variety to your meals when you are cooking and eating new veggies! It also makes a difference in your carbon footprint & help the environment and will support you local farmers!
3. Use different cooking methods to experience new exciting flavors with the same foods! You might find that you enjoy air-fried or roasted sweet potato more than baked! Try taking a meal you already love and adding a new sauce or cooking the protein a little differently! You will be amazed at how simple and fun it can be to switch it up!
