Kale Chips

Kale chips are a healthy way to get that crunchy & salty craving without the guilt! Regular chips can throw you off your clean eating game real fast and they are super addicting! Stay on track with your nutrition plan by eating Kale chips instead. Kale chips are loaded with powerful antioxidants not calories! One cup of chopped kale contains just 34 calories, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil contains 40 calories for a total of 74 calories in a homemade batch of Kale chips! They also contain a lot of fiber (prebiotic which feed good gut bacteria) which help our bodies thrive! Fiber acts like a broom and sweeps away stuff our bodies don’t need! Fiber from veggies fills us up and keeps us full & satisfied at meals!
