Chickpea Tuna


Chickpea Tuna Salad Recipe


1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or 1 can chickpeas and look for a BPA free can!

1/2 cups of: Bell pepper, Green onion, Carrot, Celery, Red Cabbage

1/4 cup mashed avocado

2 tbsp tahini

1 Squirt of stone ground mustard


Mash the chickpeas with the tahini, mustard and avocado. Stir in the chopped veggies. Serve on wraps, crackers or toast or make a salad!
