1 CUP OAT FLOUR

2 CUPS ALMOND MILK

1 CUP WATER

2 TABLESPOONS FLAX MEAL

2 TABLESPOONS HEMPSEEDS

2 DATES

1 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER

INSTRUCTIONS:

BLEND DATES WITH THE ALMOND MILK TO CREATE DATE MILK AND THEN MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL. USE A QUARTER CUP TO SCOOP OUT THE PANCAKE MIXTURE AND THEN COOK ON A HOT PAN. MAKES 18 PANCAKES.


SERVE WITH BERRIES FOR ADDED ANTIOXIDANTS AND FIBER!! I THINK THESE PANCAKES ARE SWEET ENOUGH ON THIER OWN WITH BERRIES BUT YOU CAN TOP WITH YOUR CHOICE OF SWEETENER AND ADD SOME ALMOND BUTTER OR EVEN PEANUT BUTTER FOR EXTRA FLAVOR AND MORE HEALTHY FATS!
