Go to bed hydrated! Make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water during the day as it has been shown to boost metabolism!
Snack on some walnuts or almonds! Studies show that they can increase melatonin levels & promote better sleep! I like pairing a handful of nuts with an apple for a healthy snack!
Add some spice to your meals! Cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and other types of hot pepper have been shown to increase fat burning in the body!
