Nourish Bowls

I went vegan before it was cool. It was 2006 and I had no vegan friends in San Francisco except a few of my yoga teachers and the servers at Cafe Gratitude! Although I went vegan originally for health reasons (fighting cancer), I fell in love with eating an abundance of plant foods and how they made me feel! Plant-based foods digest more quickly than animal-based foods and contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and dense nutrition so your likely to feel more energy when you include more plants into your diet!


𝙉𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝘽𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙨 are one of my favorite ways to enjoy my favorite plant based food combos! They are super simple! Simply choose your favorite carbs, healthy fats, protein and veggies! I love the black bean and sweet potato combo and will eat avocado with almost anything!!! My best advice if you’re new to 𝙉𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝘽𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙨, is to keep it simple! You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make them!!
