Nourish Bowls

I went vegan before it was cool. It was 2006 and I had no vegan friends in San Francisco except a few of my yoga teachers and the servers at Cafe Gratitude! Although I went vegan originally for health reasons (fighting cancer), I fell in love with eating an abundance of plant foods and how they made me feel! Plant-based foods digest more quickly than animal-based foods and contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and dense nutrition so your likely to feel more energy when you include more plants into your diet!


𝙉𝙀π™ͺπ™§π™žπ™¨π™ π˜½π™€π™¬π™‘π™¨ are one of my favorite ways to enjoy my favorite plant based food combos! They are super simple! Simply choose your favorite carbs, healthy fats, protein and veggies! I love the black bean and sweet potato combo and will eat avocado with almost anything!!! My best advice if you’re new to 𝙉𝙀π™ͺπ™§π™žπ™¨π™ π˜½π™€π™¬π™‘π™¨, is to keep it simple! You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make them!!
