BODi Blocks - a better way to get results!

Home fitness has been around for decades and has been used and adored by celebrities and stay at home moms alike! During the pandemic and quarantine, the U.S. saw an increase in people who were using at-home fitness because gyms and studios had to close and people needed emotional, mental and physical support for their health and overall wellness. But today only 28% of the U.S population is exercising enough!

I have been using Beachbody (now known as BODI) home fitness programs for over 8 years. I love them and have achieved amazing results! As a busy stay at home mom, I struggled to find time to workout and having a program I could follow at home made it so much easier for me to stay consistent and I just fell in love with it!

I love the variety of workouts and programs that we have access to on the BODi app and I am really excited because now BODi is offering FOUR NEW 3 week programs a month!! They are created using the LIVE fitness classes on BODi so you get different amazing trainers and a variety EACH MONTH! These NEW 3 week programs are called BODI Blocks!

BODi Blocks are a NEW breakthrough style of training that takes a proven approach to exercise called block periodization which allows you to challenge yourself and get results without over-training! Bodi Blocks are a simple, sustainable, and effective way to reach your goals.

There will be FOUR new BODi Blocks (fitness plans) to choose from each month that start the first Monday of every month on BODi!

Each Block features 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks followed by an UP Week (which stands for “Unconditional Progress”) to rest, reset and recover. This gives you a chance to build consistency in your routine with weekends off and allows you to RECOVER fully for one week a month to lock in performance and maximize results!

Your life is busy! Bodi Blocks allow you to get your workouts in and hit the refresh button each month!

What are the 4 BODi Block FItness Plans?

  • ALL BODi Block- If you’re looking for a workout fitness plan that checks all the boxes, you’ve found it! Join your favorite BODi trainers for an innovative mix of strength training, cardio, core work, and mobility drills that help you get in the best shape of your life faster than you expected (but we knew it all along).

  • BIKE BODi BLOCK- Clip in for a fun, well-balanced mix of cycling and strength training that’s big on results. Each week you’ll encounter a variety of rides — from rolling hills and steep climbs to interval and endurance sessions — as well as targeted weightlifting that will make you stronger on and off the bike. If you enjoy cycling but also want overall tone and strength, this hybrid plan is for you.

  • IRON BLOCK- Traditional weightlifting paired with cutting-edge split training will help you optimize your muscle-building while dialing up your calorie burn. It’s your one-stop shop for more lean mass and definition, so get your bench and grab your weights — it’s go time.

  • SUPER BLOCK- A Super Block is when our Super Trainers remake one of their most popular programs in the BODi Block format. This is your chance to revisit your favorite programs — like 21 Day Fix or T25 — with new workouts, new playlists set to popular music, and an entirely new experience. It’s all about giving you more of what you love, plus a little push to get you where you want to go.

My results using BODi's home fitness programs have been amazing! I think part of the reason why at-home workouts get you amazing results and specifically BODi's is because there is so much variety AND it is so easy to stay consistent!
