Buddha Bowls

Buddha bowls are very trendy in the weight loss and health food world right now and it is kind of funny because Buddha was known for his big round belly! These deliciously filling bowls are made with various greens, raw and roasted vegetables, beans and healthy grains like quinoa and brown rice or if you are gluten free you can use cauliflower rice. We eat them more than a few times a week for dinner because they are so easy to make and so yummy! We use toppings like nuts and seeds, avocado, nutritional yeast and delicious creamy tahini sauces and home made dressings. Hungry yet? Buddha bowls are simple to make and packed with nutrients that aid in weight loss and optimum health! Follow our simple Build a Buddha Bowl Guidelines below to start making your own this weekend! Remember to be creative, use what you have and eat the rainbow!
