Yoga
Yoga is a practice of the body mind and spirit. It served as the foundation for my fitness journey for a very long time and while I now incorporate strength training, Pilates, dance, cardio and HIIT fitness programs, I still practice yoga daily.

Corporate Yoga Classes
The Details:
*4 week session- 1 hour class
*Minimum 5 people — $60 per person
*Bring your own mat or towel
*Choose a quiet, comfortable space such as a lunchroom or conference room where chairs and
tables can be moved aside
*Before, during or after work hours available
Private Yoga Session
If you are new to yoga, or would prefer to create a home practice but are not sure where to start, contact me to set up a private yoga session in your own home!
*I provide blocks, music and class sequencing
*You provide the space and your mat
* $100 for a 1 hour session
Online 3 Week Yoga Retreat
Enjoy 3 weeks of yoga as you follow a well-designed yoga class sequence from the comfort of your own home.
