Before I made healthy changes in my lifestyle, I felt sad, disappointed, unattractive, fat, tired and sluggish and old.  Megan taught me how to eat with purpose.  She taught me that it is more about health—not the scale.  I had taken yoga classes with Megan prior to joining her fitness challenge group and participating in any of her cleanses so I knew her personally and trusted her.  I needed a health and fitness coach to help with my weight, physical and health issues.  After working with her: I eat better, pay more attention to what I am eating and feel so much better when I follow her guidelines!  She gave me various meal plans which I reference often, new ideas for recipes and she made meals more fun!  My favorite thing about working with Megan is her personal consideration and interest. She always takes into consideration; my age, weight, physical condition, and work life.  I love that she strongly encourages me, and pushes me out of my comfort zone a bit, but never outside my physically boundaries. I love that she is fully engaged and takes a true interest in helping me, or anyone, with whatever their needs and or goals are at that time.

Megan is the first fitness coach that really made me believe that I could achieve my goals.  Before meeting her, I was on and off diets and exercise regimes.  Her approach, however, fit with my busy work and life schedule.  The most helpful tip she help integrate into my habits is to look for clean alternatives that would "scratch" the itch and that water is KEY to health.  Since graduating from her program, I am still involved with her Facebook support group and have gone on to reach and maintain my goal weight for two years, ran and finished a 147 mile relay, and very close to my pull-up goal.  She's a breath of fresh-air: authentic, supportive, and energetic!

Megan taught me how to eat to lose weight.  After having four children and a full-time career, I was forced to retire at 64 because of high blood pressure.  I knew that it was time to finally do something about my health if I wanted to be around for my grandchildren.  She made it easy, made it fun and I look and feel better than ever!!

So, I love donuts but I also want to be healthy.  That doesn't always work, haha.  But it is working now!  I knew Megan for more than a year before I decided to let her help me.  I tried another gym that got great results and also great back pain.  I finally caved and figured "it can't hurt" (meaning trying Beachbody and Shakeology) and I am so glad I did!!  I do the workouts and shakes but not the food plan, as the food plan is not right for my family.  The reason I joined Megan, and also why I am staying with her, is her genuine belief in her program.  She fully believes in her lifestyle plans and the benefits you will get from working with her. I'm so glad Megan introduced me to her program and Shakeology. I'm really loving it. The Shakeology satisfies my sweet tooth and the exercises are very manageable, while still kicking my butt. Before joining Megan’s wellness community, I had a chronic illness that took a long time to diagnose.  I'm also really overweight and my asthma was getting worse.   I had also been diagnosed with pre-cancer cells in my esophagus.   I knew I needed a life overhaul and i couldn't do it myself.   Just as i had been praying over what to do Megan approached me to give her beach body programs a shot. What I love about Megan's coaching style is her ability to connect and really try to get to know your needs.   She has a lot of nutrition knowledge and that is so helpful especially as a beginner.   I love how committed she is to us and how she is completely transparent about the struggles and stress of real life day to day issues.  Family, kids, life changes she shared all.  For me this really makes me not want to give up and encourages me to make this a life style change.  I am still at the beginning of my journey.   I started in late July 2017 at a weight fluctuating between 198 and 196. Today is the first day of September and I'm weighing at 184.  I'm in the middle of a new challenge and I know with Megan's support I will reach the 170's by the end of this challenge.   I have more energy.  My anxiety has improved tremendously.  Blood pressure is great.   I still battle my illness but Megan has helped me to create a more alkaline environment in my body.  I would without a doubt recommend Megan's service's because I trust her to help and treat each person as an individual with different needs different fitness levels.  She will educate and motivate you in a way that is easily relatable and understood.   You will have so much fun in her group weather you’re a hot mess like me or a pretty fit person.
